Date: Monday, 02 September 2018 11:27 Subject: Service Assurance
Hi Team,
During our last board meeting, few board members raised a concern regarding the quality of our existing services, and how to assure the best user-experience to our Mobile customers when they browse the internet.
Based on last report we can clearly see some degradation in customer satisfaction and internet browsing experience when using A-GO internet services.
Any suggestion?
Regards,
Simon Steve

4. Question
Deemuu architecture team complains about bad user experience of their MBB user-base.
The problem arises when the end-user tries to watch video streams on the internet such as (YouTube)
The following Drawing shows Internet Traffic Distribution between the three main sources of download/upload traffic.
Transit Traffic is on top with 64%, next comes peering Traffic with 36 %.
This is not matching A-Go vision to keep Internet Traffic as local as possible and use the transit links as the last resort.
How to solve this user bad experience without needing to upgrade core and upstream links?

Date: Monday, 02 September 2018 11:27 Subject: Introduce IPv6 into our network
Hi Team,
As most of you already know, recently we have deployed an improvement to our network (i.e. routers’ resources such as memory and CPU) via migrating IPv4 Internet service into VRF (VPNv4 service).
I am seeking your suggestions regarding the best way to deploy IPv6 on our network; taking into consideration that our upstream providers supports IPv6.
Your suggestion must consider the best way, and minimize the changes in Deemuu IP core network!
Regards,
John Green

Date: Monday, 12 September 2018 11:04 Subject: Mobile Backhaul to save some CAPEX
Hi Team,
You did great for IPv6 design and implementation.
let’s have dinner on Friday :) , call my secretary at your leisure to arrange a meeting.
Now we need to impress our top management and assure we can help in saving some CAPEX via decommissioning some of the old TDM/ATM circuits and introduce MBH techniques to carry our 2G/3G traffic from base stations to our mobile core network utilizing our newly IP/MPLS network.
I am open to your ideas!!
Regards,
John Green
