Trainer Profile

Rabei Hassan has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and Information/Cyber Security. Rabei was the Middle East and Africa Program Manager for Information Security at Global Knowledge. He was a Senior Cyber Security Consultant at EY – Australia. He delivered security training courses (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH) for years to different entities in Europe, Gulf Area, and Australia.

Rabei managed end to end implementation for multiple ISMS projects based on ISO 27001. He completed several information/cyber security projects (e.g., Strategy, Identity and Access Management, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure). He completed several risk and third-party assessments for banks and government entities. He developed information security risk management framework for various entities.

Rabei was the first one in Egypt to achieve the CISSP-ISSAP certification, and he was the first full-time employee at Global Knowledge world-wide to have CISSP certification. Rabei currently holding more than 13 professional certifications (ISO 27001:2013 Lead Implementer, CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CEH, CHFI, ECSA, ITIL, MCSE, and MCDBA) as well as doing a Master degree in Information Systems Security.
